The first revenue stream for LinkedIn is advertising; letting companies and groups promote their sub-networks across multiple pages. This is a small share of LinkedIn’s profits though. The second and much larger revenue stream is their Premium Account system. With 3 tiers and a monthly subscription model, they’re raking in the dough.
